These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Glow Mobile’s website, products, and services, including any mobile line activation, eSIM provisioning, account portal, subscription plans, and related support (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.



1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Glow Mobile. By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.



2. Services

Glow Mobile provides wireless-related services, which may include:

  • subscription-based mobile plans

  • eSIM activation

  • account management

  • number transfer support

  • business or multi-line offerings

  • related website and support functionality

Service availability may depend on compatible devices, network availability, eligibility requirements, geographic limitations, and third-party infrastructure.



3. Account Registration

To use certain Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information

  • keep your account credentials secure

  • promptly update inaccurate or outdated information

  • accept responsibility for activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.



4. Device Compatibility and eSIM Requirements

Certain Glow Mobile services require a compatible device and eSIM support. You are responsible for confirming that your device is unlocked, eligible, and technically compatible.

Glow Mobile is not responsible for service issues caused by:

  • incompatible devices

  • locked devices

  • manufacturer restrictions

  • device software problems

  • user installation errors




5. Number Transfer and Activation

If you request to transfer a phone number, you authorize Glow Mobile and its partners to act on your behalf to process that transfer. Successful porting may depend on:

  • correct account details

  • active status with your prior provider

  • eligibility requirements

  • third-party processing timelines

We do not guarantee that every number can be transferred or that activation will occur within a specific timeframe.



6. Billing and Subscription Terms

Glow Mobile may offer monthly, yearly, or custom-priced plans.

By purchasing a plan, you agree that:

  • you authorize us or our payment processors to charge your selected payment method

  • recurring plans may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the applicable plan terms

  • taxes, fees, and charges may apply where required

  • pricing may change in the future with notice as required by law

Unless otherwise stated, charges are non-refundable once billed, except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate refund policy.



7. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals through your account or by contacting support, subject to applicable plan terms. If you cancel, your service may remain active through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Canceling service does not automatically entitle you to a refund for partial billing periods unless required by law or provided in a separate policy.



8. Business and Multi-Line Services

Business, team, or custom-priced services may be subject to separate terms, quotes, or agreements. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the separate written business agreement will control.



9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Glow Mobile:

  • for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity

  • to interfere with or disrupt our systems or network partners

  • to impersonate others or provide false identity information

  • to resell, exploit, or misuse the Services without authorization

  • in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate service for misuse, suspected fraud, chargebacks, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms.



10. Service Availability

Glow Mobile does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally available service. Coverage, speed, reliability, and access may vary based on:

  • location

  • device compatibility

  • network conditions

  • outages

  • maintenance

  • carrier or infrastructure limitations

Temporary interruptions, degraded performance, or service limitations may occur.



11. Third-Party Providers

Certain parts of the Services may rely on third-party providers, including payment processors, carriers, provisioning vendors, and infrastructure partners. Glow Mobile is not responsible for delays, outages, or failures caused by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.



12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and materials made available by Glow Mobile are owned by or licensed to Glow Mobile and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Services except as expressly allowed by us in writing.



13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOW MOBILE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the Services will always be available

  • activation will always be immediate

  • number transfers will always succeed

  • the Services will meet every user requirement

  • errors or interruptions will never occur




14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOW MOBILE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOW MOBILE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GLOW MOBILE FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.



15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glow Mobile and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Services

  • your violation of these Terms

  • your violation of applicable law

  • your infringement of another party’s rights




16. Termination or Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to some or all of the Services at any time if:

  • you violate these Terms

  • you engage in fraud or abuse

  • payment fails or chargebacks occur

  • we are required to do so by law or partner requirements

  • continued service presents risk to us, our users, or our providers

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.



17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.



18. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved as follows:

  • The parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

  • If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida unless a separate arbitration provision is adopted.

You can swap this section for an arbitration clause later if you want that structure.



19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
