glow mobile is backed by America's fastest networks. We use the same towers they use, just at (g)low prices. We update our carrier to stay the most reliable and fastest!

How do I find my IMEI?
You can usually find your IMEI by dialing *#06# on your phone’s keypad — it will appear on your screen. You can also check under Settings > About Phone (the exact path may vary by device) or look on the box your phone came in.

Can I keep my current phone number when switching to your service?
Yes, in most cases you can transfer (or “port”) your existing number over. During checkout or activation, just provide your current account details from your old carrier so we can move your number smoothly.

What phones are compatible with your service?
Our service works with most unlocked phones. If your phone is already unlocked and supports GSM or eSIM, it should work fine. To be sure, you can check your phone’s compatibility in the settings or with your current carrier before ordering.

How do I activate my new line once I receive it?
Activation is quick and easy. For a physical SIM, just insert it into your phone and follow the instructions we’ll send you by email. For an eSIM, you’ll scan a QR code and your line will be active in minutes.
