This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds work for Glow Mobile services. By purchasing a plan or using Glow Mobile, you agree to this Policy.

1. Cancellation of Service

You may cancel your Glow Mobile service at any time through your account, if available, or by contacting Glow Mobile support at Support@go-glowmobile.com.

If you cancel, your service will generally remain active through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Your service will not renew for the next billing cycle once the cancellation is processed.

Canceling your service does not automatically delete your Glow Mobile account.



2. Monthly Plans

Monthly plans are billed in advance for the applicable billing period.

If you cancel a monthly plan, your service will remain active until the end of the current monthly term. Glow Mobile does not provide partial refunds or prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by law.



3. Yearly Plans

Yearly plans are billed in advance for the full annual term.

If you cancel a yearly plan, your service will remain active until the end of the current annual term unless otherwise stated. Glow Mobile does not provide partial refunds or prorated refunds for unused portions of annual plans, except where required by law.



4. Refunds

Except as required by law or otherwise expressly stated by Glow Mobile in writing, all charges are non-refundable once billed.

This includes, where applicable:

  • monthly subscription charges

  • annual subscription charges

  • activation-related charges

  • taxes and government-imposed fees

  • charges for partially used billing periods

If Glow Mobile determines, in its sole discretion, that a refund should be issued in a specific case, Glow Mobile may issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method used for purchase.



5. Failed Payments and Nonpayment

If a payment fails, Glow Mobile may retry the charge using the payment method on file. If payment remains unsuccessful, Glow Mobile may suspend or terminate service until payment is successfully completed.

Glow Mobile is not responsible for service interruption caused by failed payments, expired cards, or inaccurate billing information.



6. Auto-Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, Glow Mobile plans may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel before your renewal date. Canceling after a charge has been processed may result in service remaining active through the end of the paid billing period, but the charge may not be refunded.



7. Number Transfer and Cancellation

If you are transferring your number to or from Glow Mobile, timing may vary depending on your prior or new provider. Canceling service before a transfer is completed may affect your ability to keep your number.

Customers are responsible for following all required steps for a successful port-in or port-out. Glow Mobile is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect information, third-party carrier issues, or early cancellation.



8. Device Compatibility and Setup Issues

Customers are responsible for confirming that their device is compatible, unlocked if required, and able to support eSIM setup.

Glow Mobile does not guarantee refunds for issues caused by:

  • incompatible devices

  • locked devices

  • manufacturer restrictions

  • software issues on the customer’s device

  • customer failure to follow setup instructions




9. Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks

Glow Mobile reserves the right to deny refunds, suspend service, or terminate accounts in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment disputes, or violations of Glow Mobile’s Terms & Conditions.

If a chargeback is initiated without a valid basis, Glow Mobile may suspend or permanently restrict access to the Services.



10. Changes to This Policy

Glow Mobile may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. If we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of Glow Mobile after the updated Policy takes effect means you accept the revised Policy.
