Auto-Renewal & Billing Policy
This Auto-Renewal & Billing Policy explains how recurring charges, renewals, payment authorization, and billing-related account matters work for Glow Mobile services. It is meant to make the key renewal and cancellation terms clear and conspicuous, which is important for subscription offers and recurring billing.
By purchasing a Glow Mobile plan, you agree to this Policy and authorize Glow Mobile and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method as described below.
1. Plans and Billing Cycles
Glow Mobile may offer:
monthly plans billed every month in advance
yearly plans billed annually in advance
business or custom-priced plans that may be subject to separate written terms
Your applicable billing cycle will be shown at checkout and in your account, if available.
2. Auto-Renewal Authorization
When you enroll in a recurring Glow Mobile plan, you authorize Glow Mobile to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
This authorization includes charges for:
subscription fees
applicable taxes
government-imposed fees, where applicable
other disclosed charges related to your plan or service
Auto-renewal terms should clearly disclose when charges recur, how much they are, and how to cancel.
3. Monthly Plan Renewals
If you select a monthly plan, your service will automatically renew each month unless canceled before the renewal date.
The payment method on file will be charged at the then-current monthly rate, plus applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise disclosed.
4. Yearly Plan Renewals
If you select a yearly plan, your service will automatically renew each year unless canceled before the renewal date.
The payment method on file will be charged at the then-current annual rate, plus applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise disclosed.
If Glow Mobile advertises an annual plan using an equivalent monthly amount, the annual upfront price will still control because that is the actual billing event.
5. Payment Authorization
By submitting your payment information, you represent that:
you are authorized to use the selected payment method
the billing information you provide is accurate and current
you authorize Glow Mobile and its payment processors to charge that payment method for current and future recurring charges consistent with your selected plan
Glow Mobile may use third-party payment processors to complete transactions.
6. Renewal Timing
Recurring charges are generally processed on or near the start of each new billing period.
You are responsible for canceling before your renewal date if you do not want the next recurring charge to be processed. Consumer guidance from the FTC emphasizes that renewal notices and billing timing should be clear to customers.
7. Price Changes
Glow Mobile may change pricing from time to time. If we do, the updated price will apply to future billing periods after any notice required by law or contract.
Promotional pricing, introductory pricing, or limited-time discounts may expire and renew at the standard then-current rate if disclosed at signup.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment attempt fails, Glow Mobile may:
retry the charge
request an updated payment method
suspend or limit service until payment is received
cancel the affected line or subscription if nonpayment continues
Glow Mobile is not responsible for service interruptions caused by expired cards, insufficient funds, inaccurate billing details, or payment processor issues outside our reasonable control.
9. Updating Payment Information
You are responsible for keeping your payment method, billing address, and related billing information current and accurate.
Failure to maintain accurate payment information may result in failed renewals, interrupted service, or account restrictions.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel recurring service through your account, if available, or by contacting Glow Mobile support at [support email].
Cancellation stops future renewals, but your current paid billing period will generally remain active until the end of that billing period unless otherwise stated.
Because recurring subscription sellers are expected to make cancellation at least as easy as signup, Glow Mobile should keep the cancellation path straightforward.
11. No Partial Billing Credits Unless Required by Law
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise in writing, Glow Mobile does not provide prorated refunds, partial billing credits, or refunds for unused time after a billing period begins.
Any exceptions are governed by Glow Mobile’s Refund & Cancellation Policy or other written terms.
12. Porting and Billing
If you request to transfer your number to or from Glow Mobile, billing and renewal timing may still continue according to your active plan until the line is canceled or the transfer is completed.
FCC guidance explains that customers can generally keep their number when switching providers, but porting depends on accurate information and provider processing.
Customers are responsible for:
providing accurate porting details
not canceling their old service too early
following all required steps for a successful number transfer
13. Fraud, Disputes, and Chargebacks
Glow Mobile may suspend service, deny access, or terminate accounts in cases involving suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorized payment disputes, or chargebacks.
If a chargeback is initiated without a valid basis, Glow Mobile may treat that as a violation of its Terms & Conditions and may restrict future service.
14. Billing Communications
Glow Mobile may send billing-related emails, receipts, renewal confirmations, payment failure notices, or other service communications to the email address associated with your account.
You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
15. Changes to This Policy
Glow Mobile may update this Auto-Renewal & Billing Policy from time to time. If we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of Glow Mobile after the updated Policy becomes effective means you accept the revised Policy.
